The focus of this class is to empower people to improve their health and wellness through the gentle art of Tai Chi. The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind integrated with the body, fluidity of the movements, control of breathing and mental concentration. This class is well suited to seniors and people with arthritis, diabetes and those wanting to improve their balance. Loose, comfortable clothing enabling easy movement is recommended. These classes will be led by Chock Petchprom, a certified Tai Chi instructor. Registration is not required. For more information call the Moore Public Library at 793-5100.
