This 3 day work shop is for young people, ages 9-12 who are familiar with computers but may not know how to produce digital content. Each day of the workshop will build toward a final product. The first day will be spent on research using the Internet and library resources. Research notes will be created using Microsoft Word. On the second day, those words will be used to build a PowerPoint presentation. The third session will focus on editing and presenting the presentation to the class. Each student will receive a digital copy of the work produced.
Registration is requested and may be completed by scrolling down this page and typing information in the appropriate fields. Including a valid email address will ensure an email reminder 24 hours before the event.
You may also register at any time by coming to the Computer Training Center or giving us a call at 701-2697 or 701-2620.
Classes start on time and students more than ten minutes late will not be guaranteed a computer.
