Dig into Dinner with the Family and Chef Matthew Joplin, founder of Food for Thought Learning Institute. A lectured cooking demonstration will provide tips for families to learn to eat well without exceeding budgets. The chef will capture the children’s attention (ages 5 to 11) and engage them in some simple food preparation while parents focus on exciting and healthy meal preparation with simple ingredients. At the close of the activities both parents and children will sample and share the food prepared. Limited seating; Those who pre-register will be seated first.
